the workshop moves from time to time, so pedals may ship from different locations, usually from italy.

returns
each pedal is tested and played before it leaves the workshop.
these are handmade instruments, not mass-produced goods.
if something arrives damaged or not working, we’ll repair or replace it.
if you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days — the unit must be unused and in original condition.
buyer covers return shipping.
all pedals are built one at a time, by hand — please buy with intent.

warranty / repairs
covered for two years against build or part defects. 
after that, repairs or servicing are offered at fair cost.
if something fails — even from a mistake like using the wrong power supply — we’ll do my best to fix it.
 you cover shipping to the workshop; we cover the repair and return.

availability / sold out
most pedals are built in small runs. if a standard model is sold out, it means the batch is gone and the next one is being prepared. you can subscribe on the product page or write for a rough timeframe.
editions are different: alternate graphics, early runs, one-offs. once an edition is gone, it doesn’t return in the same form. a related idea may appear later, but not a reissue.
if you’re looking for a specific edition, send a link or photo. we’ll tell you if any remain, if a future batch is planned, or if it was a true one-off.
